If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our Return Policy does not apply to personalised items and products that are sold at a special markdown with the condition such as display units, missing part, etc.
Please take note that we do not accept exchanges and returns for many of our products such as feeding wares and cups due the the nature of our products and our strict hygiene policy.
However, there will be an exception to the above if the product fault is due to manufacturing defect or if there was serious damage on the goods during the delivery. We will offer to repair or replace product at our sole discretion.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition; unused, not washed and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow sufficient time for the process
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
